I am thinking about purchasing a condo in mansfield ma but it only has 1 assigned parking spot and no room
for visitors. Will this be a major issue when i go to resell it after living there for a few years?

FIRST ANSWER
DON'T KNOW WHAT PRICE RANGE YOUR LOOKING AT. MOST HAVE 2 CAR PARKING GARAGE. SOME HAVE ADDITIONAL. 0 LOT LINE IS ALSO AVAILABLE, NO CONDO RULES. I HAVE 5 LISTED, PARKING NO PROBLEM.
