I am thinking about offering a 2 fam house near little neck LIRR train station, is it easy for rent and what is the average 3BR price range?

FIRST ANSWER
Since January, 2009, there have been 19 three bedroom apartments rented in Little Neck. The average price range seems to be between $1800 and $2000 a month. The average time on the market for those rentals were about 50 days. Are you currently working with a real estate agent? Is that agent a buyer's agent or working for the seller?
