I am shopping around for Titling companies and I have run into a couple Preferred Title Group and Charm City
Title in Maryland. Both appear to be reasonable in prices, one of course recommended by the lender. Does anyone have any working experience with any of these?

FIRST ANSWER
I've used Metropolitan Title in Lutherville MD twice before--when I sold my mother's house in 1985 and when I bought my house in 1995. I just asked them to do our cash-out refi this month and next purchase in November....they're dependable and honest.--Regina
