Previous posters are right, if you will talk to a good Realtor they can help you so much. They will know the market, and can find you the best deal for your situation. There are a couple of subdivisions that are little patio homes that might work for you.
But to give you the kind of service you deserve, your Realtor will need to know budget, time frame, do you need/want a specific school and your space requirements.
One of the questions I would ask who ever you call is if they are wiling to be creative. We have have gone back over old leases to see which ones should be ending soon and called on them to see if the tenants are renewing. Get them before they go back on the market.
Good Luck on your search but if you have more questions you are welcome to call me at 972-885-SOLD (7653) or check out our website at WeKnowFriscoHomes.com or email WeKnowFriscoHomes@gmail.com
D Magazine Best Realtor 2012-2013
5 units that are condos/town homes pulled up for lease in Frisco ranging from $1295-1795. If you'd like a different price range I'm sure some would pull in Plano or Carrollton. If you email or call me directly I can send you the list or send you some that cater more to your search criteria.
If you are needing to move soon we can set appointments to view this Sunday.
Have a great night!
