I would check in the Villages at Five Points, you can also find something over the draw bridge on the beach side of the Lewes/Rehoboth Canal in Queen Anne Pier for under $300,000. Nick Carter

Nothing came up in Lewes or Sussex County at a sales price of 200k. I raised it to 300k and came up with 7 results in Sussex county.

FIRST ANSWER

There are plenty of offerings in that price range in the area, primarily in condos. However, there are a few single-family homes and townhomes as well. My advice is to get a buyer's agent with experience in the Lewes market and let them guide you to the right decision. Best of luck!
