I am putting an offer on a short sale through my agent with BOA tomorrow. There is an offer on the table already but mine is 5K higher. Will BOA?
realize that there is another offer on the same listing and that the new one is for more? SunTrust is the second mortage holder. Will they accept what BOA offers them or will they demand 10%?
