You probably won't find too many people specifically advertising "land contract' but rather "owner will finance". Most likely you will find an owner who is willing to sell on a wraparound land contract (leaving the seller's underlying loan in place) if the seller has very little equity. Try looking under the rentals section of Craigslist in those areas for ads that say "for sale or rent". These people are good candidates for a land contract.
