Vijay, Home Buyer in Coppell, TX

I am planning to buy 2 bed 2 bath apartment condo in positano community in Las Colinas/irving area. Could anyone please advise if that is a good buy?

Vijay I recently sold a property in Positano and my client is very happy with the community.
He likes the amenities, proximity to work, highways, airport, restaurants, etc.

Probably not what you want to hear but we are bound by license against "interfering" with another licensee and their client. None of us will be able to weigh in with an opinion.

Thanks guys. I do have a buyer's realtor. I posted this for a second opinion. It is 1950 square feet with about 20000 worth upgrades built in 2007.What I specifically want to know is

1. Can I easily rent it out in a couple of years?
2. Is there a chance of drastic decrease in the selling price?

Appreciate any help.

I know we sound like a broken record but it would be wise to have a local Realtor help you. They know the area and the current trends. Buying the right place for the right amount is complicated.

If you are not working with a buyer's agent you should be. There are many facets to purchasing a condo in this market, and several facets about purchasing a condo at Positano that every buyer should consider before making an investment there. No Realtor can render an opinion for the fact we don't know the following:

1. What is the agreed sales price
2. Floor plan
3. Location of the property on the street
4. HOA dues
5. Interior finish out
6. These are merely a few questions
