As Stan said, this is a question for your Buyer's Agent who knows your situation better. If you don't have one, you should get one. Whether you're buying an existing property or new construction, commission to pay for your Buyer's Agent is already built in to the price of the property. Rather than the listing agent or builder making even more money off of you while you forgo having any representation (aka potentially getting screwed over), hire a Buyer's Agent to represent you and look out for your interests (including money).

Hello..Aldies is a nice city and Kirkpatrick Farms a very nice community, still on going new construction there. Rates are low, although inventory is slowing down a little, which increase competition a little...! All in all...yes, a good time to buy...and a great location..... One thing ur buyer agent can do u is pull up a good cma.
