As Stan said, this is a question for your Buyer's Agent who knows your situation better. If you don't have one, you should get one. Whether you're buying an existing property or new construction, commission to pay for your Buyer's Agent is already built in to the price of the property. Rather than the listing agent or builder making even more money off of you while you forgo having any representation (aka potentially getting screwed over), hire a Buyer's Agent to represent you and look out for your interests (including money).

Hello,
This is a Great area, central to much that the area has to offer. This is a great time to buy.Interest rates are low and there is a $8000.00 buyer credit.(restrictions do apply). You can always work on the price but you do neeed an experienced Realtor like myself.Call or email so we can get this home for you!

Hello..Aldies is a nice city and Kirkpatrick Farms a very nice community, still on going new construction there. Rates are low, although inventory is slowing down a little, which increase competition a little...! All in all...yes, a good time to buy...and a great location..... There are other communities in and around Aldie that are nice as well...so maybe look around...before you commit specifically to Kirkpatrick Farms... :) Hope that Helps....if you need assistance..(you know I had to throw in a commercial about me :) I'm happy to help... Konnie McKee..you can email me from my site.

Good questions that should be asked of your buyer agent. He or she could give you the info you ask for.
