The best thing to do is engage the services of a real estate agent. Oahu school districts are difficult to define since their shape and size can be very irregular. Also, many parts of our land parcel tracking system are unique to Hawaii and can be difficult to use. A quick discussion concerning where you will work, the schools that interest you and your pricing budget should clarify which schools to target. Email me a note and I can call you, or you can call me on my cell at 808-398-3220 or toll free at 877-737-2093. Thanks, Keahi

Hi,

I can set up a search for you based on any schools you specify. I have one set up now for someone that wants to lives in the central Oahu area (near Pearl Harbor) but works in the North Shore area. It's straightforward to do that for any location. If you want to search yourself (I don't recommend it, because it is time consuming), you want to search by TMK (tax map key) number. Each TMK corresponds to the geographic area. Use that to start, then look at the MLS number and see if it matches your schools(s). Much, much easier is to have an agent set it up for you as a customized, automated.

Send an email or call if you would like this set up for you.

Aloha,

I'm unsure which websites you are currently using to look for a home, however if you are already working with an agent in Hawaii they have the ability to set you up on an automated real estate search (through Oahu's Multiple Listing Service website). Your agent can then narrow your search by school names. You would just have to provide the names of the schools located in the districts you prefer.
The website is a user-friendly system that has worked for many of my clients, whether here on the Island or somewhere else. If you are not currently working with an agent I'd be happy to help with your real estate needs.
Hope this helped!
