I am looking to sell my single wide then roll that into the purchase of a site built home. Suggestions?

I have removed trailers and built on the sites for a few years now. I sell the site-built homes after they are built. Are you planning on staying on your site or will you be looking for a new site? How old is the mobile home? What condition is the mobile home? These answers will help me give you the advice you are looking for.
