We have a town home that is 2 bdrm, 2-1/2 baths, 2 car garage, 2 story off of Mansions Drive (Rod Field) about 3 miles from your targeted area. We have just made the decision to sell and have not listed it yet. If you are flexible and would consider a townhome you can reach me at tsanchez@advinadv.com subject line - townhome otherwise I may delete you message.

Hi Dennis. I would be glad to help you find a home here in Corpus. I have been a realtor for 11 years and have lived in Corpus all my life. The email shows zip 78418 area. If your looking in this area, that would be the Flour Bluff area or the Padre Island area. If you want to be closer to your family that would by central Corpus. Let me know if I can help further. I would need more criteria from you as soon as you let me know you would like for me to help you. Sincerely, Arlene Minar, Realty World. 361-765-6632.

Dennis -

I concur that getting pre-qualified is a smart step; that way you will know going in what your buying power really is.

With regard to your question, I did run a search on your parameters and note that there are 14 listings that appear to match. Not having seen these, and not knowing any more about what you're looking for than I do, I have no idea whether or not any of these homes would work. I'd be glad to speak with you further.

Sincerely,

There are many great realtors in the area that can help you but I would recommendf you get pre-qualified first so that you know exactly what you can afford. Once you are pre-qualified you can make an offer on a home knowing that you have the ability to purchase it. Lending is more important than ever today and I hate to see homebuyers find the home of their dreams and then find out they can't buy it. I am here for any questions and we can have you fully pre-qualified in about 15 minutes if you have some time. You can also refer to my website in order to complete the loan application. Have a great day and I know you will find the right house for you and your family.
