I am looking to purchase a vacation home in Groveland, Ca. I have found two homes in my price range and I
would like to make an offer especially on one, it is listed at $309,900.00 an has been on the market for 18 days. The kitchen is very small and in need of work. I have looked on Zillow at their low est at $225,and high est at $322,. I would like to make an offer of $295,900.00. do you think that would be and acceptable offer.

Sometimes Zillow is right on, and sometimes it is way, way off.
