BJ, Thanks for you inquiry about golf views. Yes, golf view properties are significantly higher than "rear" neighbor lots. Price depends on area, but $50,000-$?? is the norm. Next is the pool. Again that depends on the pool, heated?, hot tub?, etc. What I could do for you is set up a private web site that would send you properties that have pools and/or golf views. FYI, I currently have a Bridgeport with a salt water pool NOT ON A GOLF COURSE, listed at $449,900 (for comparison purposes this is a 3/2 block stucco with 2 car plus golf car garage, paver driveway, upgraded appliances, tile throughout excet in bedrooms and BOND PAID IN FULL). I would be happy to put together a "package" about The Villages, the bonds, the maintenance fee, and buying new verses previously purchased property. NOW is a great time to buy.
