I am looking to purchase a condo/townhome in the San Remo development in Bonita Springs.

With the low HOA fees, is the homeowner responsible for the upkeep of the building: outside painting, tile roof repair, sidewalk, etc? If yes, how often do you paint the buildings? Since VillageWalk is a sister community with the same HOA fees, can I assume that their practice is the same?

Linda,

I just closed a few units in San Remo and am very familiar with the development. There are a few units in there that have low ball offers on the short sale so you would have a great opportunity to put an offer in on 1 of those. There are also a few bank owned units that are coming and going, I could help you with that option as well. Please give me a call so we can talk about yout options.

Thanks

I have a townhome in San Remo for sale.......it has a pool also. Asking 169,900 right now. You do have to have your own insurance but reserves for paint, roof should be included in your fees.

Let me know if you would like to see the townhome.
