I am looking to buy a townhouse, small single home, or condo in/close to North Brunswick.
Is there any homes that would be in a 20 min. maximum drive close to this area in the price range of 120,000 to 150,000? This is the catch, I would need a washer and dryer in the unit or washer dryer hookups. Is there hope for my dream?

Your post said Renaissance & Governor's Pointe. Neither of those developments have 1BR units and lowest list price of available homes both currently are $210K for Gov Pt and $249K in Renaissance. with average list to sale price being within a 7% maximum differential.
BTW, creative is great! but reality does rule the day :). Best of Luck!

There are a few 1 bedroom units that are available that can be bought for this price range. Maybe the dream has to start in a smaller unit and be built up on in the future! Owning is much better then paying rent!

There are great buys right now in North Brunswick! Both Govenors Pointe and Renaissance have some very good deals. We can see the different models that are available and location within the development.
There are quite afew that fall right into your price range!
