For condos, right now, there are only 2 condos in Fort Lee with a pool, under $230K but they are small(around 500 sqft)

In Fort Lee, for around $200K, co-ops would be your best bet.

I am not sure of your situation,but just to give you a heads up with some of the listings you are getting....watch out for the added expenses listed under both the "Maintenance Fees" section, as well as any "Special Assessments" that are on some of the properties and will be charged to you on top of whatever the selling price is! Some of them are quite a bit!
