I am looking to buy a new construction town home in Bridgeport, Pa. Are the chance good that this property?

FIRST ANSWER
If you are looking to sell the home in a couple of years, I do not believe that much appreciation will occur in that time frame. Most people purchase a home to live in for at least seven to ten years.
I speculate, that the market will remain somewhat slow through 2008 and perhaps into the first quarter of 2009 before returning to normal appreciation rates.
