Most mobile home subdivisions have requirements that you must meet to rent/lease a lot. Some require the home be moved when a transfer of ownership takes place. I would check to make sure you will be able to leave the mobile home there after you purchase it - before you put an offer in. It is also very difficult to obtain financing for a mobile home when there is no land involved. You should make sure there is adequate financing available before you proceed. Best of luck.
