any one has a house list in miami area that can I see.. to explore. I am really interested in buy just it is hard to find the house. max price I am looking for is 150K of course I will try toget if for less.. no cash in hand, so it has to be financed it, another hardwork in this time.
Yes, I am pre-approved... I also have a contract sale in a short-sale.. I guess the wrong option if I want to buy before the credit dead-line it has been 45 days and nothing from the short-sale lender. Now I am trying to get another house, but everything is short sale, THOUSANDS of forclosure out there and I cannot find a decent one ? always is cash only or a short-sale... Good luck to me.. If you haven't already done so, get yourself pre-approved. Talk to a mortgage broker about what programs are out there, if there is any downpayment assistance available in upir area, etc./ Then find yourself a good Realtor who will work with you to find what you want.
