I also went to the open house of this wonderful 4br 2hba 2ga house http://cnj.craigslist.org/rfs/597332784.html It is right next to Schor Middle School of 6 to 8 and walk to Grandview of K to 3. very nice house and convenient.

Dear Shree,

Your prospective buyer communities are Starpoint at Piscataway, Edison Manor, University Heights at Edison ...etc which are either sold out or close to sold out. The most effective way would be schedule a series of 4 consecutive open houses, and have Jose 732 979-9100 (cell) to deliver 1,000 invitation lables to those prospective buyer communities. You could do it yourself or use postal service. However, quite a few realtors used Jose's service, including Ching who won Gold Medal in both 2006 and 2007. (yep, you need to sell over $10 millions to get that, and that also shows lots of buyers out there in the area).

You also want to include in your ads that 9 students from Piscataway High School got full SAT score this year, and Jennifer who got 2,400 SAT score living in your neighborhood.

We are about to put our house in Piscataway on the market ... For Sale By Owner. We live in the Matzel and Mumford Community of Maplehurst Farms right off river road (less then a quarter mile from 287) & 1 mile from Bound Brook Train Station (Raritan Valley Line). The home is a full brick front 4/5 bedroom, 2.5 bath Chesterfield model w/ a large 2 level deck & landscaping. It has about 3000 + square ft & almost every room is newly painted. Thanks for the reply. I saw a perfect house that is right next to Schor Middle School on craigslist http://cnj.craigslist.org/rfs/597332784.html but somehow it does not have photos. Anyone been to the open house? or saw this house? It seemed to be a good match.
