Good Morning!! I've personally never heard of an agent charging a fee to show homes. Any fees involved would be discussed upfront when signing an agency agreement. I would recommend finding a buyers agent you are comfortable with and signing a buyers agency agreement.
If you need the assistance of a buyers agent with experience in the Macomb area I would be happy to assist.
Have a Great Day!

Usually, there is no fee paid by you to work with an agent to assist you with the buying process. It is the seller's real estate firm who pays the commission to your buyer's agent firm; not you.
I encourage you to utilize the services of a local agent since there is no cost to you as he can guide you through the purchase process and share his experiences and knowledge about the real estate market in that area. That way you will have a better idea on what to offer once you find the condo that best matches your needs and desires.
Good luck to you!
