I am looking to buy a condo in either harbortown or the park shelton, 1bed or 2 bed, i havent decided. I'm

looking into the best possible prices, via short sale, foreclosure, from the condo themselves, or perhaps a homeowner in no hurry, i dont know my best option...or who could assist with this. Riverfront Condos next to Joe Louis are also an option, but I think it much cheaper to go with one of my first two options. I need help finding foreclosures and short sales on these properties and an agent to assist me overall with downtown, midtown, rivertown detroit properties.

Justin-
I live in Detroit and have sold quite a few places in both Harbortown and Riverfront Towers. It is important to know what your long and or short term goals are with the purchase. And perhaps knowing that I can help you figure out what may be the best option for you. Feel free to give me a call or shoot me an email to discuss further.

Justin,

I'm sure Liz will respond shortly, she might be a good choice. Please keep in mind that a Buyer's Agent can reprisent a home buyer under a signed agreement. This can be for one home, one day, a week, etc. Samples are available on the site below.
