I would say 339k, I remember the unit and it had a lot going for it. It was somewhat pricey to begin with but sold at a fair price. The other units talked about have not sold yet so the value has not been established. let say the market has been flat except for the premium units. The location has a lot to do with it as well. The condos in the center of the Warehouse District have faired better than this location.

The damage to the pool area has been fixed that was caused by Katrina. This makes the complex feel and show better. http://www.neworleanscondotrends.com for some ideas.

Hi,
Check the condo in the west bank. Great view on the river and walking distance to the Ferry, Great price.

One is currently under contract right now at a list price of 384k. The most recent sale in that complex was 400k for 1330 sq ft and it sold in Aug of '08.

If you would like i can send you a report view of all surrounding comps in th elast 6 months. This may be very helpful in determining your price.

Let me know if i can help, Craig@mbellrealty.com

One of the units here is priced at $379K and includes a parking space.
Call me at (504)615-2333 and we can look at what is on the market, and how to structure an offer the first time a price drops...and other tools and techniques to get you the best deal possible.
