I am looking to buy a 3-4bd/2ba home in the James Bowie School district with 3 or more acres. No more than $85,000.

No. Not yet. I don't think there is too much for sale around Simms, TX right now. I have seen a couple but the houses are not too nice. They have the land but I would rather stay in my house than down grade.
