Unfortunately there is just one adult community off Route 89 in Flagstaff that is for RV trailers. We do not have any adult communities here because of the issue with land.

FIRST ANSWER

There are not any mobile home parks with a pool in Flagstaff. Lake Mary Country Store an RV Park is a nice place, 6 miles out of town near the lake.
