Eagles Point and Discovery Cove Norwalk Landing are two that meet all your needs, both are gated. Lot sizes vary and prices run from $29M to over $100 for waterfront lots. Boat slips are available also. Each development has unique features. One has an airstrip, another - Lakeview - has fairly cleared 4 & 5 acre lots with good views. Eagles Point is heavily wooded and parklike.
