Riverside County offers several options for Single Family homes in that price range. Areas like Moreno Valley and Menifee are growing cities with several homes available. Menifee just became incorporated as it's own city and the value of homes is rising. There has been several new homes built there in the past few years, and many peole are relocating there because you get more home for your buck.

Then again, you may be interested in Riverside itself, and there are many great options to consider in Riverside. There is the Canyon Crest area of Riverside, which is located near UCR and so there are always college students looking for homes to rent, which means you would have an easy time renting your home. Then there is the area of Orangecrest, which is newer built homes that are generally easy to find in the price range you mentioned. It is also one of the most desired areas to reside in within the city of Riverside. There are also areas such as Sycamore Highlands in Riverside that is also close to Canyon Crest but has easy access to the 60 and 215 freeways, making it appealing to commuters. I could go over all of this in more detail with you if you are intrested, just let me know if I can be of further help. Thanks!

There is a lot of potential in many areas of Riverside County. Hopefully, you are a cash buyer because most of the properties in this price range are being purchased by cash buyers. Banks can get their money in approximately 10 days with cash so they are more inclined to accept a cash offer over financed buyers.

Vincent,

The City of Temecula is your best bet!
I have an Available home right in the heart of Temecula with quick access to 15FWY and so close to shopping.
This is an investment home which can start to generate income right away and will appreciate in value over time for sure.
Let me know if you would like to view it asap.

Hi Vincent!

Are you looking in the city of Riverside, or are you open to the entire county? The Hemet/San Jacinto of Riverside county will give you the best value for your investment dollars. Beaumont, Menifee, Sun City Murrieta and Temecula are also good bets. If you would like to discuss your options, please contact me.

Best regards,
Lenore
