Currently there is no focused website specializing in "contract" homes. The best way is to search for homes in the area and price range you are focused on. A lot of homes that have been on the market for a lengthy time have the most likelyhood of entertaining a "contract" offer. Some homes are listed with the intention of entertaining a "contract" sale, but that would be noted in the description or in the realtor to realtor remarks.
