The area of Aldie is an excellent place to buy, a home with footage of 3500 or more is considered very desirable in this area, sounds like you are making a good choice. I would prefer to see it and study the other details of the house to give you a good answer. I usually would want to know where it is located within Aldie, the age of the home, the condition of the home inside and outside, the main indicator for the price would be the market conditions in the vicinity of this home, and how much are other properties similar to this selling for.
If you still need other questions answered contact me at your convenience I would be happy to help you figure out the best price to offer for any property you want to purchase.

The information you provided is nowhere near adequate enough to give you an accurate answer.

You should check with your Buyer's Agent for guidance in the first place. If you don't have your own Buyer's Agent and dealing with the Listing Agent of the property, then you're setting yourself up for disaster - you could overpay and/or not get the property under the best terms possible for you.
