Dear Medic2340: I think you have to look at what you can afford to pay monthly and your travel time. There are many solutions and places to look at with the help of an expert. And as another agent has already stated, there are some homeowners who would be willing to rent since their homes have not sold. It's just a matter of doing some out of the box researching with the help of an agent. Have a great week and if I can help you with anything further, please don't hesitate to ask.

Medic2340,

Some of the over 55 communities have rental restrictions, but not all do. The one 55+ community in Marlton has only 1 rental available that I could find, at $2500 per month. Its a single family home 4 bedrooms 3 baths.

Mount Laurel has a few more in Holiday Village. There may be some homes on the market for sale that would consider a rental if they are not getting any offers to purchase.

If you need more assistance, get in touch via email or cell phone. I've lived and worked in Mt. Laurel for about 18 years, and I'm very familiar with Marlton also.

Best of Luck,

Hello: Yes, there is Leisuretowne Community which is a 55+ community which offers many rentals and homes for sale. It is a nice place to live. They have a community center, a bus which takes everyone to various destinations. There are lakefront rentals and non-lake front rentals. Give me a call on my cell # 609-668-7157. My name is Terry Nason and I'll be more than happy to help you choose a rental. Thank you and have a great day.

Dear Medic2340,
If you can consider Mt. Laurel you can also go into Holiday Village development or at a condo level Renaissance Club where there are some corner units that look like rancher. There are only a few units. Within Marlton over Evesboro Road you will see another development.
Good luck in your search.
