Good Morning Latty,

I did a specific search based on your criteria in the Highland Beach area and found very few within that price range. 2/2 Condos in the Highland Beach area that accept pets range from $369,500.00 in Highland Beach Club to $1,350.00 in Toscana South. Please, follow the link below to the least expensive condos available for sale in Highland Beach. Please, contact me at your earliest convenience with any further questions about these properties or any others you have interest in. Happy Holidays!

Just like the rest of South Florida, there is a good inventory of homes in the Highland Beach area in your price range. From old buildings to newer buildings... there are buildings to fit every budget and lifestyle.
$350,000 will get you into some of the nicer buildings. I have seen units in Highland Beach Club, a brand new high rise, with ground floor and 2nd floor units at or below your budget.

Most condos are less strict about small dogs - especially under 10 pounds. There are some that are very strict. A short conversation about the type/age/location building (intracoastal vs beach) and what amenities you want will help us target a few buildings that fit your needs and from there we can figure out which units will allow your pet.

There are 3 buildings that have units available under $375000 that will allow the pets. What is your time frame and complete wish list?

Hi Latty,

I'm sending you a link below that has 31 properties to fit what you're looking for in Highland Beach. Some of the properties are okay for pets and some are not. We would need to check each building or development b/c sometimes the agents don't list if pets are alright.

Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or would like to see any of these properties. Now is a GREAT time to buy.

Thank you,
