I 'm an agent in Manalapan. I think the community you are thinking of is Manalapan Preserve. There was only 1 home on the market there this year & it is under contract list price $1,399,990. They are built by Toll Bros. There is another community in Manalapan by the same builder that has some active listings not as new but priced for less.

Are you asking about the development called "Manalapan Preserve" in Manalapan, NJ? There is no development in Manalapan called "Manalapan Reserve."
