Hi There,
I live and work the Kirkland market specifically so I am pretty familiar. There are 3 ways I think you can do this.
1.) Gather adresses of local parks or junior high and high schools with courts or tennis clubs. You can go to the Kirkland Parks page to specify. Have an agent do a "radius search" on the MLS of these addresses with homes popping up within walking distance. They can set it up as a running search so anytime something within the radius pops up, you'll be emailed
2.) This is a less likely way to get results but you can also have that same agent search for homes in Kirkland with a "marketing remarks" search and include search terms as the name of parks with courts, the words "tennis courts", "parks", and "courts". I just did a search to try it out and 6 homes popped up right away.
3.) This is easy yet not likely to be the best way to find something. Drive around where you like to play and collect flyers and addresses. But remember, you don't want to use the agent on the flyer neccessarily for your representation as they represent the sellers already. You can call for info, but it's best to secure an agent for yourself and have them research the home you drove by.
Hope this helps and you can search properties on the website attached. However, you'll need an agent to access the searches I mentioned above.
