I am looking for a home that I can lease with an option to buy but I am having the worst time. I live in an
apartment with my 2 kids but I really need a house ASAP. I have poor creidt that I am really working on cleaning up. I have recently paid off several charge offs on my credit report and I have a few open trad lines that I am paying on time. However, my credit score is increasing at a snails pace. I know that I am not in a position to qualify for a loan but I need to move. HELP.....I feel trapped in this little aprtment!
