I am looking for a diverse community. Is this something that I can find in the Bloomfield and Windsor area?

You can check the demographics at this site: http://www.city-data.com and if you need further assistance, I am a Realtor licensed in CT and MA if you'd like to consider MA communities as well.

I agree with Caroline York Post:
"The law does not allow realtors to describe the ethnic makeup of a community. The best thing you can do is visit the schools, the supermarkets and playgrounds in the areas that you wish to live and decide for yourself if they have the diversifcation that you want for your family." If you need any help finding a home - I would be happy to help you. I am a REALTOR in this area.

The law does not allow realtors to describe the ethnic makeup of a community. The best thing you can do is visit the schools, the supermarkets and playgrounds in the areas that you wish to live and decide for yourself if they have the diversifcation that you want for your family. I have a diverse clientele and provide them with enough information that they are able to make an informed decision as to where they want to preview homes. They tell me what they are looking for and I set them up on Listingbook so they can see everything that is in our MLS system. It provides sales information, neighborhoods statistics and much more. I find that an informed buyer is generally a happy buyer. You might want to see if the realtors in your area use Listingbook or a program similar.
