Downtown St. Augustine is a great location. I spent the majority of my youth downtown. There are a few homes currently on the market. They range from $80-90,000 and up (depending on location and condition). If you would like me to send you some additional information about the homes send me an email at Will@EndlessSummerRealty.com

Good Morning Jim,

Downtown St. Augustine is a great area not only for rental property but real estate in general. With-in the down town area you have Flagler College which allows great rental opportunities. Students from University of St. Augustine and St. Johns River State College also rent in that area as well.I have provided you with a list of properties currently on the market in the link below. If you have any questions or would like more information on any properties please don't hesitate to contact me.
