Very important is to know how heavy is your dog and also to know if you have one or more than one pet. It is also important to know how old could be the building that you are looking to leave. Finaly but not less important is to know if you are looking to rent or buy with your price range for each possibility.

Depending on the building, it may make a difference whether you are looking to buy or rent. Several of the newer buildings in South Beach allow large dogs, although some have breed-specific restrictions. Some that allow large dogs include: Apogee, Capri, Continuum, Icon, Murano Grande. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss further.
My first thoughts for you are Akoya and Bel Aire on the Ocean, both accpet large dogs. I would need to know what the weight of the dog is to be sure!
Many buildings allow pets up to 20lbs. In Aventura there are several buildings that allow large dogs, but of course that is at least a 10 minute drive to the beach.
If you can provide me with a few more details such as the pets weight and your pirce range I may be able to assist you further.
All the best,
