If your dog weight less than 40 pounds you won't have any problem. There are nice condos in South Beach or Sunny Isles.

Your best bets are The Flamingo, The Waverley, Mirador North, Yacht Club and Montclair Lofts. Please see my website http://www.miamiluxlifestyles.com, there is a lot of great information on my website.

Assuming you are looking to rent in these condos the limits in pounds are Flamingo south beach up to 50 pounds Mirador North up to 30 and Yacht Club up to 40, Montclair lofts up to 40, 800 west 50. Just rented to someone last month and they are very pleased but keep in mind your options are very limited so make sure you have plenty of time to look ahead of your move in date.

Very important is to know how heavy is your dog and also to know if you have one or more than one pet. It is also important to know how old could be the building that you are looking to leave. Finaly but not less important is to know if you are looking to rent or buy with your price range for each possibility.

Depending on the building, it may make a difference whether you are looking to buy or rent. Several of the newer buildings in South Beach allow large dogs, although some have breed-specific restrictions. Some that allow large dogs include: Apogee, Capri, Continuum, Icon, Murano Grande. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss further.

Walk your large dog to the beautiful beaches of Sunny Isles Beach when you live at Vista by the Bay. This desirable condo was built in 2001 and a motivated seller has a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with beautiful intracoastal water views from every bedroom for sale. Updated kitchen and bath offers silestone counter tops, the master suite closet is redone. Many wonderful details, including a private dining room that can be converted to a den or third bedroom. Large dogs welcome. Must see more photos and read more about this condo that meets your needs at http://www.M1319457.lorifeinsells.com. Or better yet, contact me for a private showing.

My first thoughts for you are Akoya and Bel Aire on the Ocean, both accpet large dogs. I would need to know what the weight of the dog is to be sure!
Many buildings allow pets up to 20lbs. In Aventura there are several buildings that allow large dogs, but of course that is at least a 10 minute drive to the beach.

If you can provide me with a few more details such as the pets weight and your pirce range I may be able to assist you further.

All the best,
