As Annette pointed out, there are 3 condos currently for sale in the Sunset Chadeau with the small one-bedrrom and one-bathroom that are listed for $119,900 and $239,000. Neither are short sales. There are over 200 condos for sale (2-bedroom/2-bath or smaller) on Gulf Blvd from St Pete Beach up through Indian Shores, so you have lots to choose from. The prices range from $675,000 to $75,000 depending on size, view, location (on the beach or across the street), over 55 building. It just depends on your needs and desires.
