Your best bet to find a great home in that price range is Navarre. I have just shown a number of nice homes in that area in the past week, and would be happy to send you the information that I have found. You can do the same through my personal website. I would be happy to send directly to you the homes I have viewed in just the past week that would fit your needs. It is virtually impossible to find a good home below 160,000 in Destin, Fort Walton, or Mary Esther--but Crestview and Navarre are good choices. if you would enjoy being a part of a community that has a community center with pools, workout facilities, tennis, beach, and exercise classes, Holley by the Sea is a great place to live!!
