I live in the NE philadelphia section and have listings all over philadelphia. Like mentioned before, the NE is a very large area.

In terms of areas, what price range you looking to spend?

I have a fully remodeled 4bed, 4bath home in Pine Valley with 1 car heated garage, carport, corner lot so it has nice amount of ground. This home features an in law suite and fully finished basement with extra storage area.

Hi, Shirelle,

The NorthEast is a pretty big area...you'll want to think about what part of the Northeast would best suit your needs. You can be up near the Franklin Mills area, close to I95 and Bucks County; you can be in the Mayfair area, East of the Boulevard...or in the Rhawnhurst-Fox Chase area, getting close to Montgomery County. Where will you be working? Do you want a single or a twin? All important questions. I lived in the Northeast for many years and my family is still there...I know the different sections pretty well.

When you are ready, let me know...we have an office in the Fox Chase area, right across from the Fox Chase train station. I would be glad to meet you there and discuss what is available, how you want to proceed, mortgage financing, etc.

Good luck with your home search,

Hi Shirelle,

I have a question for you or two.. First, have you hired a buyer agent which is very important. Also, have you talked with a reputable lender yet? Depending on what you are qualified for will dictate which section of the City you should concentrate on.

There are plenty of 4 bedroom 2 bath homes but usually the home prices will be higher than those with 3 bedroom 1 bath homes depending in area and condition.

I would be happy to talk with you about your situation further to see if perhaps I could assist you. In the meant time, feel free to view every home for sale on my website http://www.reneeporsia.com and then go to search MLS.

If you are not familiar with buyer agency, you can learn about it and the importance of it by reading my blog as well.

Feel free to e-mail me or give me a call at (215) 669-0589.

This is greatly dependant on the specific neighborhood. The prices vary from $129K to almost $800K.

Please get in touch with me so that I can give you more detailed information.
