Do you know where your clients would be interested in buying/renting? This is a big factor because not all agents know all areas and market conditions, I'm sure you don't want your clients overpaying or missing out on an opportunity because they were outbid. I would focus my search in a neighborhood expert first and then on the language barrier.

There will be many, many Polish-speaking brokers (myself included) who will respond and would like to assist your clients. Are your clients familiar with Chicago? Do they know where in the city or suburbs they'd like to live?
Our area has many sub-markets, as many big cities do. The city alone covers almost 240 square miles and the suburbs three times that amount. If you have an idea of where your clients would like to locate, a broker who practices in that area would best serve their needs. No broker can reasonably say that they "know the entire Chicago area."
For example, I practice mainly on the city's North and Northwest Sides and in the Near North and Northwest Suburbs. Depending on your client's work and family situation, they may wish to locate elsewhere. If not, I'd be happy to help them.
One more thing to consider: beware of brokers who will "steer" your client to a particular neighborhood. I've seen this practice all too often among my Polish-speaking colleagues, who oftentimes think that Poles only want to live in the "Polish neighborhood." It's demeaning and contrary to business ethics (not to mention federal law).
You might suggest to your clients that they take a few days to tour the city (if they don't know it already), employing a broker to show them a few properties in various areas that meet their needs and fall into their price range. They'll get a good feel for the lay of the city and probably better be able to make a decision with which they'll be satisfied.
