The units at Walnut Beach are being built when there is a Buyer. Most of the units already built have been sold. Because of the economy the Builder will build to suit, meaning your specific needs as to approved #number of bedrooms and baths. Type of kitchen, etc. Properties in Milford are selling fast. The market is good here and does not reflect other parts of the country. I have sold 1 condo and two homes in this immediate area in the last 30 days.
