Good Morning Kelly! You definately have picked the "hot spots"! Walking to the squares, hanging out at the local coffee spots and sushi restaurants. Really awesome neighborhoods....and that's why the Mt Lookout, Hyde Park and surrounding areas have held up a bit better than some other areas of Cincinnati. Now, they've taken a hit, but a smaller percentage. To specifically answer your question: 5/28/06 - 5/28/07, there were 624 sales. Median list $249,900, Median sale $242,250. 5/25/07 - 5/28/08, there were 559 sales. Median list $259,900, Median sale $245,000. In the last year 5/28/08 to date, there have been 465 closed sales....a 159 unit drop in volume! Median list $240,000 (down $9,000) Median sales $233,000 ( down $9,250).
