Greenville definetly has some great attributes to it. It is true that pricing is truly street by street but this area has under a resurgence and will be doing nothing becoming more of a desired area.

That is definitely a very central location to alot of amenities in Dallas. The prices are reasonable as well. As far as the area goes. It will be different from neighborhood to neighborhood.
