I've been showing a lot in Country Cove Estates... in Lake Worth Florida.
It is unincorporated Palm Beach County using Palm Beach Water and Florida Power and Light
Shelby Homes built the community
There is only one section -
the only "concern" is that I have been told that the HOA is inactive. The gates have been dismantled so traffic is free to come and go without security codes.
The houses are all very nice - Shelby built a nice home! These are big homes on nice sized lots.
It all depends though on your price range as the lower priced homes are typically in distress - either foreclosure or short sale. The higher priced homes are likely priced out of the market
there is a sister community just up the road a bit called Countryside Estates - same floorplans, a little closer to Wellington but not much... some people like Country Cove, some people like Countryside...
it all really depends on your preferences
The HOAs are showing as $263 a quarter - pretty much the maintenance and taxes on the common area as well as trash removal...
I am about to write a contract in there for a Lease and for a different client to purchase... feel free to contact me with more questions... I live about 5 minutes East of Country Cove so I can be there quickly to help you.
