I am looking at High Point West condos. I am 55 and would use this as a winter home. I have a summer home on a lake and our Residential home as well. I have not made an offer as I have found financing will be tough. I have 50% to put down but I own a small LLC and am self employed. Any thoughts? Sellers ever do financing?
I found one unit, a 2 bed 2 bath where the seller is willing to finance with 20% down. Email or call me if you are interested. There may be more.
