I had a buyer that was looking at a home in this neighborhood a few weeks ago. It was a two story foreclosure with a finished basement (the only 2 story in the neighborhood currently for sale). It needed some TLC, but was priced pretty good at $134,900. It was actually one that they keep on their list for awhile, but decided on another home. This home was really large and had a lot of usually space and a great lot. Of the other homes on the market in that neighborhood, there are 4 split levels and 1 Ranch (the other foreclosure). Diane provided some great information. I have included a few more details.

This Subdivision is located off Macland Road near the Paulding/Cobb County Line. The schools are Hiram Elementary, East Paulding Middle School and East Paulding High.

The subdivision is on sewer and the lots average 1/3 acre.

I have showed homes in Parkside, actually just a few weeks back. I am not sure what kind of information you are looking for exactly but:

Swim/Tennis Community
$ 360.00 HOA Fee Yearly
6 Homes For Sale
2 Of Which Are Foreclosures
Prices Range From 132,900 to 160,000

I also pulled property tax records for you and there was a range between $ 1498.00 and $2074.00 depending on wether or not they filed for Homestead Exemption.

Homestead Exemption is a Tax Break that you get and in Paulding County if you are an owner/occupant you must file in person at the Tax Assessors office. You only do this once but is saves you around $ 240 off your taxes. I can explain this more later if you need me to.
