Hi Shelia,
As Brandon mentioned in the previous answer, you can check with Property Managment to find a rental. Unfortunaltly ther are a lot of people looking for rentals in Grand Junction, so they are hard to come by. If you have a pet, it's even harder.
I'm trying to appeal to the clients I have to purchase investment properties, because there is a great demand for rentals here.

If you have trouble finding a rental, you should consider buying if you haven't done so already. You may find a place to live much sooner.

I'd be glad to be of any help. I'm currently trying to help someone find a rental here for a few months, as they are in the process of getting prequalified to buy. You can e mail me at andreahaitz@msn.com.

Hope that helps.

The largest Residential Property Management company in Grand Junction is Property Services. Try http://www.gjrentals.com. Best of luck.

Sheila,

The best site to find a rental is http:// http://www.Rentals.com. It is a site that you can find a lot of rentals in an area and can then contact the sellers from the site! I would say don't waste your time on Craigslist because many people don't delete their posts once the homes are rented and it can be a bit tiresome to go through and find a true rental home! Plus on http:// http://www.rentals.com you can search with you criteria such as (beds, baths, pets, home vs. condo, etc).

If you have any questions I would love to answer them!

Greetings Shelia: If you would like to rent a house-- I would check Craigslist and Denver Post online-, and the local papers--in the areas you want to live. Example: Columbine Courier for the Littleton/ Ken Caryl Area. There are numerous free rental agencies-- that find rentals for you as well. All the best, Kathryn
