Dear Duke:

You may want to have your own buyer's agent show you homes for sale in Chandler rather than contact t he seller's agent.

Not all homes on Trulia are actively for sale. Here are the homes actually for sale in Chandler: http://link.flexmls.com/zm6hjl7cfol,12

Let me know if I can help you.

Property is still available. I think the sellers are about to lower the price. They may take the home
off the market temporarily, for about a month, but it is still for sale.

RUnnnnnn as fast as you can. This HOA is heavily under funded in reserves needed to maintain the property , which means special assessments. Their HOA fees per year are already around $2,000 per year.

I would love to help you submit a back-up offer on this home. I would also love to help you search for a similar home, just in case this one does go through.

Feel free to give me a call, and we can discuss your criteria for a home, and what you're looking for. My phone number is 480-275-9566, or you can also e-mail me at rebeccakallhoff@gmail.com.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Don't buy here. Too many renters, and the HOA has underfunded reserves. That means you pay special assessments when the funds run dry. They have a bunch of old idiots on the HOA board who are totally clueless.

This home is a short sale that has an offer accepted and submitted to the seller's bank. You can submit a back up offer on this if you would like. Are you search for a similar home?

Hi, I am Loren Hoboy with Central AZ Real Estate responding to your inquiry. Unfortunately, this house is under contract and is no longer available except in a backup position.

When searching consider using http://www.CentralAZHomes.com to find homes and avoid out the of date listings on national sites such as Trulia, Zillow, and Yahoo.
